Soft, pastel octopus from Mom's care was created with the youngest in mind. The baby grasps the umbilical cord while in the womb. The octopus's tentacles remind them of it. When you rub the octopus against your skin and place it next to your baby, they baby will feel safe and comfortable. The octopus also reminds the baby about the last 9 months spent in the mother's womb.
Mom's care toy is made of soft and structure-diverse fabrics that are safe for your child and will satisfy little fingers of the most curious explorer. Its contrast elements support proper vision development. Black and white used in the toy are the first colours seen by a baby till they are around 5 months old. It is only later that the baby starts to see other colours and their shades. The octopus has a sewn-in bell, the delicate sound of which will provide the baby with auditory stimuli and encourage them to continue playing. The tag enables the toy to travel with your child attached to a car seat, stroller or bag. It is soft, made mainly of minky fabric, it has a fluffy, anti-allergic filling and does not pose any threat to your child.

Pre-Order Products
By purchasing a pre-order item from Spoiltland, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is available in stock. Your order secures your item from our upcoming production run.
2. Payment
Full payment is taken at the time your pre-order is placed. This guarantees your reservation and allows us to manufacture the exact quantities required.
3. Estimated Dispatch Time
Our current estimated dispatch time for pre-order products is within 3 weeks from the date the pre-order window closes. These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we work closely with our manufacturing partners to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
4. Production Delays
Although uncommon, delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: Manufacturing delays, Material shortages, Quality control inspections, Shipping or customs delays, Events affecting our supply chain. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact affected customers as soon as possible with an updated estimated dispatch date.
5. Combined Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will usually be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
As production quantities are based on customer demand, pre-order purchases cannot usually be amended or cancelled once the pre-order window has closed. Cancellation requests made before the pre-order period ends will be considered where production has not yet commenced. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to the selected courier's service levels and are separate from the production timeframe.
8. Product Images
Product images are intended to represent the finished item as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, fabric texture or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.
9. Quality Commitment
Every pre-order product undergoes the same quality checks as our stocked products. We will never dispatch an item that does not meet our quality standards.
10. Communication
We believe in keeping our customers informed. Should anything change regarding your pre-order, we will provide updates via email as soon as we have new information.

Standard Delivery

Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays).
Priority Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 working days
- Cost: £5.50
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) will be prioritised for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12:00pm, at weekends or on UK bank/public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00pm will be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after 12:00pm, at weekends or on UK bank/public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that next working day delivery is subject to courier performance and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be unused, in like new condition, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
- Be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories and components included where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed. Please note that we are unable to confirm a refund before the inspection has taken place.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@spoiltland.co.uk.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by arranging a replacement or another appropriate solution.
