1. The Promoter

1.1. This promotion is organised by Spoiltland NW Ltd, trading as Spoiltland, registered in England and Wales under company number 15923375, with its registered office at 146 Bath Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 8FF ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

2.1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible.

2.3. Entrants must provide accurate contact information when placing their orders.

2.4. The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility before awarding the prize.

3. Promotional Period

3.1. The promotion begins at 00:00 GMT on Friday 27 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Monday 30 November 2026.

3.2. Orders placed outside this period will not qualify.

3.3. All times stated are UK time.

4. How to Enter

4.1. Customers who place an eligible order through https://spoiltland.co.uk during the promotional period will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw.

4.2. No additional fee is charged for entry. Products will be sold at their genuine advertised selling prices, including any existing sale prices.

4.3. There is no minimum order value.

4.4. Both full-price and sale products are eligible.

4.5. Each eligible order constitutes one entry, regardless of its monetary value or the number of products purchased.

4.6. Customers may receive multiple entries by placing separate genuine orders during the promotional period.

4.7. To qualify, an order must be successfully placed and payment authorised.

4.8. Orders cancelled or fully refunded before the prize draw will not qualify.

4.9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation or abuse of the promotion.

5. The Prize

5.1. There will be one winner.

5.2. The winner will receive a full refund of their eligible winning order, including any delivery charges paid.

5.3. There is no maximum prize value.

5.4. The refund will equal the amount actually paid for the qualifying order after any applicable discounts, rather than the original retail value of the products.

5.5. Only the selected winning order will be refunded. Other orders placed by the same customer will not be refunded.

5.6. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize.

5.7. The Promoter will not impose a maximum refund limit after the promotion has commenced.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6.2. The draw will take place on Wednesday 2 December 2026.

6.3. The Promoter will compile a numbered list of eligible orders placed during the promotional period.

6.4. Each eligible order will be assigned one unique entry number.

6.5. The winning entry number will be selected using the RANDOM.ORG Random Integer Generator or another verifiably random computer process.

6.6. The Promoter will retain records of the eligible entries, random selection process and result to demonstrate that the draw was conducted fairly.

6.7. The Promoter may use independent supervision where appropriate.

7. Winner Notification and Refund

7.1. The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their qualifying order within seven days of the draw.

7.2. The winner may be required to provide reasonable confirmation of their identity and eligibility.

7.3. Where a response is necessary, the winner must respond within 14 days of notification.

7.4. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may select a replacement winner using the same random selection process.

7.5. The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of confirming eligibility, subject to payment provider processing times.

7.6. If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, the Promoter will arrange an appropriate alternative refund method with the winner.

8. Returns and Cancellations

8.1. Participation in the promotion does not affect customers' statutory consumer rights.

8.2. Orders cancelled or fully refunded before the prize draw will not qualify.

8.3. Where an order has been partially refunded before the prize is awarded, the prize will cover only the remaining amount actually paid for that order.

8.4. If the winning customer subsequently returns products, any refund or adjustment will be calculated to prevent the customer receiving more than the total amount originally paid for the winning order.

8.5. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any rights customers have under applicable consumer law.

9. Fairness and Administration

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation or a material breach of these terms.

9.2. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical failures outside its reasonable control.

9.3. The Promoter may suspend, amend or cancel the promotion only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control and will take reasonable steps to ensure entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.

9.4. The Promoter will not change the prize or selection rules because the winning order is of a higher value than anticipated.

10. Winner Information

10.1. To demonstrate that the prize has been awarded fairly, the Promoter may make the winner's surname and county available upon reasonable request, in accordance with applicable advertising rules.

10.2. Entrants may object to the publication or disclosure of this information by contacting contact@spoiltland.com.

10.3. Where required, the Promoter may still provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority to demonstrate compliance.

10.4. The winner will not be required to participate in publicity, provide photographs or submit testimonials as a condition of receiving the prize.

11. Personal Data and Privacy

11.1. Personal information will be processed for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, issuing the refund and meeting applicable legal obligations.

11.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Spoiltland's Privacy Policy, which is made available during the checkout process.

11.3. Entry into the promotion does not constitute consent to receive marketing emails or messages.

11.4. Personal information will not be retained for longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

12. General Conditions

12.1. This promotion is organised and administered independently by Spoiltland.

12.2. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions, subject to their statutory rights.

12.3. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

12.4. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections applicable to residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland.
